After investing in commercial properties in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and Ocala we decided that we wanted to focus on a career in Commercial Real Estate. We have been Commercial Agents at Bill Rodgers Realty since 2003 and have facilitated over $10 million dollars in Real Estate transactions. We chose this firm because it is one of the oldest and most respected Brokerages servicing Marion County since 1963. For over a decade, we have worked with many investors, (sellers and buyers), commercial property owners, developers and retail tenants, finding them locations that work for their particular situations and investment needs. We help analyze acquisition, disposition strategies and calculate values using current and historical market knowledge. We also assist to understand and navigate local government regulations in an effort to maximize buyer, seller, and tenant goals and minimize costs.

Our mission is to meet and exceed expectations and to treat every real estate transaction as though it were our own property.

• We have sold and leased many Commercial properties in Ocala and Marion County. Currently we have a list of restaurants, retail stores and medical professionals that are looking for locations. We also have a long list of potential buyers and tenants that we can approach immediately to market available Commercial space that is for sale or for lease.
